Electric Mini Purchase

It was what I expected. It is a convenient location and all the staff are friendly and helpful.

Don’t Shop Here!

Please save yourself from shopping here. The sales/finance team are unwilling to negotiate.l shopped there with my girlfriend yesterday, and it was a utter waste of time! The original deal was insulting! We were interested in a demo vehicle that was being driven by their General Manager. The car was damaged in the rear bumper. They offered to repair it, but no factor in the price of the car. I have colleagues in the industry, and used this information to attempt to negotiate a reasonable deal. To no avail! The sales person’s level of service was adequate. Although, once he involved the finance team into the negotiations, it was a disaster! He was the worst! He, along with the “decision-makers” behind the glass. They were unreasonable, and unwilling to negotiate a deal. They wasted hours of our time. This is disheartening considering l was a repeat customer. We later purchased a vehicle from Mini of Buford. Great inventory, sales people, and finance people. We are really satisfied with our experience there. Please save yourself the headache, don’t shop here. There are other dealerships out there that will respect you..

We are sorry you feel we would not negotiate, but we did, when we accepted your offer you came back and said you wanted another 2k off and at that point we stopped negotiating. The damage on the vehicle was a small scuff on the bumper was transportation damage we told you we were going to fix. We are not of what glass wall your are speaking about as all our offices are opened and that?s why a member of our management team came out a negotiated with you till you kept asking for more when we got to your number. The overall experience was smooth. They had the initial vehicle ready and assisted me with the purchase of another vehicle without any hassle. Great customer service

Happy with my new Mini!

This was one of the best experiences I have ever had buying a car. I told them what I needed to make the purchase, after a few short discussions, they made it happen and I am now enjoying driving my 4th new Mini!

2023 Countryman

I love this dealership and staff. I am always treated well there. They work to get needs and wants met as quickly as possible. I look forward to the day when they can open with lots more selection. Supply chain issues have impacted their look and stock.

Obsessed with my mini

My experience was amazing. Everyone was so nice and helpful, I?ve even had a couple friends visit to look at minis soon after I got mine.
