If I could give zero stars I would! Dealer backed out of agreed upon deal and wasted mine and my wife's (and infant son) time by not telling us about an apparent deposit already in place on vehicle wed been discussing for two days. Negotiated in good faith and worked out deal with salesman and sales manager, and arranged time to come wrap up deal this afternoon, twenty minutes later they said a deposit had been made the day prior. No one mentioned to me the need for a deposit, or I would have made one (though I guess it was already too late). That's some xx! I work in sales and if I did that, I'd be banned from all the groups I sell in and completely lose the trust of my network. Now reading other reviews about unprofessionalism at the dealership and after this interaction, I'd steer clear of Global Mini. Unless they have your money in hand, they'll sell the car you want out from underneath you! Their word is worth nothing.

Great facility, staff and overall fantastic experience. Test drove multiple models, found the one I was most comfortable with and drove away with a new vehicle. No drama, no excessive pressure or sales tactics.

Buying a new car can be stressful, but the team at Global MINi made it ? very comfortable? . Never in too much of a hurry.No pressure to add on things that I didn?t need. Able to provide info I asked about or find the right person to answer. And they have a great selection of vehicles on campus to pick from.

Just purchased my very first Mini from this dealership. I did an online inquiry in the evening & was promptly contacted by Peter the next morning. He kindly worked with my wants & schedule & by that evening I was driving home in my new car. Peter was courteous & lovely to work with during the sale process & the Manager Mark was delightful & efficient. We are no stranger to car buying & this experience exceeded our expectations. 10/10 recommend this duo & location if in the market for a Mini!

The dealership and my sales rep, Peter, was great. They worked with me as I was coming from out of town and even stayed after hours to ensure we could do everything in one day. Very courteous and nice to work with. Everyone there I interacted with was very nice and welcoming.
