Purchased a new car. Absolutely worst decision we could have made. Service area is tiny. Honesty and safety is not their strength. It turned into a useless already scratched lease.

Great service department! My advisor was very helpful and they had me out of there in less time that they estimated! Facility is clean, organized and had a wonderful waiting room with Tea, Coffee and complimentary snacks. Very professional operation all around- Recommended!

Dropped my Jeep at E Hanover service dept on Saturday
Dropped my Jeep at E Hanover service dept on Saturday 4/11 pm. No work could be done until Monday.lts now April 24 and it hasn’t been fixed .I was told no loaner vehicles were available. I need my Jeep, I,m 88 years old and in poor health. Apparently it needs ahead gasket and a front stabilizer. I was told I have to wait because it didn’t,t have an appointment. I also feel I,m being punished because it wasn’t,t purchased at Nielsen. This Jeep is under full factory warranty and they are in no hurry to do the repairs. I might be an old senior citizen,but I know when I,m being taken advantage of. I am not finding fault with my Jeep,l love this vehicle and want it back. I guarantee it will never see e Hanover Nielsen Jeep again. I don,t know if my complaining will help or hurt me but I don,t know what else to do.I filed a case complaint with Jeep yesterday,no response yet.l can,t rate all of the service guestions as I don,t have my Jeep back yet
