Best Place to Buy Car!

From showroom greeting to diving off in my "new" car, this was a pleasant experience. I had read these reviews before going so I had high expectations. They were exceeded. It was actually a pleasurable car-buying experience at Merlin Auto Group. I only write a view when the circumstances demand it. Thank you Jeff and Phillip!

Great To Work With

Great buying Experience. No pressure to buy, only to inform you of your options. Gave great value on my trade in. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a Quality vehicle from a Quality dealer.

Terrific Experience!

After spending an entire week browsing vehicles and dealerships around Atlanta, I felt like I had been on a wild roller coaster. My uncle recommended that I visit Merlin Auto Group based on his recent experience purchasing a new car there. This strong reputation that he described was only affirmed by my own experience there. I wasn't quite sure what I was looking for, and Merlin Auto Group helped me by allowing me to browse through their high volume of quality inventory. I finally selected a vehicle and took it to have it checked out. It was a relief when someone I trust came back and told me the vehicle was in great shape (JUST AS MERLIN AUTO HAD INFORMED ME). I had never before purchased a pre-owned vehicle, and this was now the third vehicle that I had brought to be evaluated and also the only one that came back with a good response. That was confirmation to me that these guys were not just putting on a facade in effort to reduce their inventory quantity by 1 unit. They care about the customer's experience and the reputation they leave on the customer. It has now been 3 weeks since my purchase and I have zero buyer's remorse. I have not found a single thing wrong with the vehicle, and I look forward to continuing to enjoy it for years to come!

The way it should be!

Found the vehicle I wanted, a 2009 MDX. Brought oin my trade and after a few minutes we agreed on a deal. These guys also gave me 90 day or 3,000 mile warranty! What a great experience and what great vehiucle. I love my new ride! Jeff Burg Rocks!!!!

Finally a car business who stands by their word

Recently purchased a Ferrari from them that unfortunately for me, and unknown to them had a bunch of issues with the engine that ended up being really expensive to fix.. Thinking initially that I was in trouble and buyer beware, everything was QUICKLY AND WITHOUT QUESTION rectified with the owner (Adam)., and what was supposed to be a bad situation was literally THE BEST CAR BUYING EXPERIENCE EVER. In an increasing age of everyone for themselves, The Merlin Auto Group brings home the old fashioned client-first attitude with ease. Trustworthy Dealership

I purchased a 1999 Cadillac Deville with 30,000 miles on it. Dealer went over the car and serviced what was needed. They stood behind the car 100%. It was worth the drive from Ball Ground, GA to purchase a car from this Dealer. Jeff Burg the salesman was pleasant to deal with and the owner Adam Merlin went above and beyond my expectations. You will not be disappointed purchasing a vehicle from this dealership. They are honest and trustworthy. It is definitely a 5 star establishment.

Highly Recommend

HIghly recommend these folks. They are honest, NO pressure, and have some of the nicest pre-owned cars you will find. I bought my Porsche from them and could not be happier.

Wonderful Dealer Experience

I am a car guy and a motorcycle guy. While shopping for a particular model use Harley, I came across a bike that this dealership had in its inventory. They are not a motorcycle dealership, but a used luxury car dealership. They had bought the bike I was interested in from its owner, due to its exceptionally nice condition and very low mileage. When I e-mailed the dealership, I received a phone call in response in a matter of minutes from a top-notch sales person (Troy Delgado). As you might imagine I had a million questions about the bike and Troy patiently and diligently answered them all!! As we all know, the process of seeing a vehicle for sale on the internet, to making the purchase can go horribly wrong. So, you have to build up a level of trust with the folks your dealing with, before you make the drive to inspect the vehicle and hopefully purchase it. Every rating I found on this dealership was the highest possible. And my experience with Troy was totally customer service oriented with an emphasis on shooting me straight. So, I made the 250 mile drive to check out this bike. It was exactly as represented and the purchase experience could not have been more professional or pleasant. And, it didn't hurt that they had a beautiful classy showroom that was immaculately clean (so wast the service area) and chock full of fabulous cars. Anyway, I could not recommend these folks any higher to anyone looking for a pre-owned luxury car and willing to drive to the Atlanta area.
