Not a bad place for servicing but I showed my coupon for discounted fifty percent off the regular price, but was advised it will be honored on my next oil change visit, claiming I couldn't use it this time meanwhile, coupon expires at the end of this month. (April) That to me is a betrayal of your dealership newsletters, promotions and advertisement and the loss of business integrity to your clients/customers.

Orlando was great. He told me how long the recall fix would take and also presented various service specials that were available for that day. When the car was ready he called me immediately and efficiently reviewed the completed work with me. The only negative I had is the service department had my car for almost the entire day having dropped it off at 7:30 am and I picked it up at 4:30 pm.

Service department failed to address obvious performance issues and power wndow malfunctions with both front windows on my 2022 Tucson. Unfortunately this will be my last Hyundai vehicle. Selling it ASAP.

Staff basically professional other than having a scheduled appointment and took a while to be assisted and picking up took a while to find my car but overall okay experience.

Everything went somewhat well with sales, until closing the deal with the finance rep. no preparation to close the deal, incomplete information was given as to down payment requirements and other documents that might have been needed. A lot of wasted time. Not to mention he was condescending and egotistical to say the least.
