Hello, I took my 2001 Toyota Highlander for a

Hello, I took my 2001 Toyota Highlander for a transmission fluid change at the beginning of the year. On the second day, my car stopped working properly. I’ve had three cars serviced at your dealership, and I’m extremely disappointed with this experience. My car is no longer running, and now I’m being charged $4,000 for repairs. I’ve left messages for the service department manager, but I haven’t heard from him. I’ve called twice, and the operator, Erick, keeps telling me that there’s no one to take my call. I’m very disappointed and have left messages for the manager. My only mistake was agreeing to the transmission fluid change. If I hadn’t done that, my car would still be running. Please do better at treating your loyal customers right.
