Awful. Unbelievable. Over $500 for service (oil, filters, fluids, check brakes, tires, etc.) less than 10 days ago and told everything fine. After driving 30 miles it will not start. Towed yesterday. I texted, called. No reply. Finally texted me at 6 PM to say tomorrow. Today, I texted and called and was told mechanic from yesterday not even in. No work done. No one assigned. Now Frank calls and says software down. Nothing can be done for hours. This is the second car we bought there. It will be the last. Worst service imaginable. Software "down". Yeah. Nothing can be done.

Friendly, organized, professional, courteous! Everyone who works there, from the person who booked my appointment, the valet check-in, the service counter, to the rental liaison, was so professional, positive, and friendly. I especially appreciated working with Stephen Foley. I've never had such a positive expereince at a car service location. Thank you so much, Paul Miller Subaru Service Team!

Everyone was wonderful to deal with very friendly and willing to answer any questions I had. Worked with me for several hours to get the deal done and I’m now happily driving a new car.

Attentive, informative salesman. I never drove a suburu. Ingram, my salesman, explained all the safety features, the difference in the models etc.

Brought my 2022 Subaru in for scheduled oil change Upon inspection multiple issues were found that need to be addressed Have scheduled the most important jobs for this Monday and will address the remaining as finances allow Hreat Service as usual

Has also always been great service department greeted in the parking lot by the first in the person with the great good morning inspected the car went into service was greeted by the service manager Vanessa with a cheerful, good morning sign man made a list of the requests I had for my service. I. It was just a routine service took less than an hour and a half and I was on my way and that’s a walk to be out to my car and sent me on my way.
