Service tech not knowledgeable

Took my Sequoia to have work done, 3 visits later, still having the same issue. Customer service person Toosdie Terry was great. I left my car again for a week, return to pick it up fixed, to find it had been ransacked. Went through both center consoles, stuff was everywhere. Talked to the service manager to find out they lock all the cars, so he doesn't know what happened. Guess when my husband went in and told them we wouldn't pay anything else to fix the same part for the 3rd time, they didn't like it. So they showed me and took things out of my car! I will not be bringing my car back here. I feel bad for the good employees that work there!!!!

Happy Candy Customer

Mort Spencer was an exceptional salesperson. She was very friendly kind sweet and patient. I recommend everyone to go see her for all your auto needs. She has even called to make sure we are okay after the sale.

Great Experience!

Shopped at Toyota of Slidell for used car. Our salesman Troy Green was wonderful to work with. The dealership made the process a great experience! Very happy with our purchase.

Repair Negligence

Had to take my car in three times this year for brake work. My car would shudder/shake when driving and braking. Took it in to the dealership and they said it was the driver's side caliper. They said it was fixed and I took it home. Soon after, the problem returned. I took it back in. They said there was nothing wrong. That I must've been imagining it and sent me on my way. I didn't use the car consistently for a few months as we would use my wife's car to get around. Had to start using it again more and the problem with the vibration was still there and got worse. Took it back in and now it needs more work on the passenger side. The caliper is sticking there as well. On top of that, it looks like further damage was done because of a failure to correct it when I brought it in the second time. They sent me home in an unsafe car. When I brought up my concern I was just told that "we didn't find anything wrong with it". They misdiagnosed the car, saying there was nothing wrong with it. That should be a little concerning. There should be something done, not just making excuses for potential negligence. I could have been killed. Other people could have been killed. I was driving around in an unsafe car. Now, I'm $700 poorer with plus one excuse for negligence. If you want you or your kids to live, don't come here.

Prius C

Great service... appointment is always necessary to get quick service done. We got there for an oil change with appointment I remind you and where out in less than an hour. Thank you. (I do apppreciate my time) even got a car wash.

Needed a car quickly

My car was totaled in an accident. I only had a few days left on the rental my insurance co. afforded me. I was about to buy a car from another dealership when I decided to window shop at Toyota of Slidell and am I glad I did. Salesman Brandyn Coffey was a huge help. He was very patient and listened to my needs and concerns. The financing dept. also was awesome. I was having difficulties with the insurance co's dragging their feet (car ins. and gap ins. co's.) and time was running out. They bent way backward to help me get financed. It was the night before my rental was to be returned and I was fearful not having a car would affect my employment when Brandyn contacted me and said their financing dept. did it, they got me financed. I arrived at Toyota of Slidell and to my surprise Brandyn and the financing dept. made absolutely sure that the financing would fit my budget. I will definitely be shopping there again and will have my car, a 2013 Camry, serviced there as well. A very warm and sincere thank you to the gentlemen at Toyota of Slidell.

quick and customer friendly

Quick and convenient, employees were friendly and helpful! We were greeted at our truck and greeted by a service advisor. There were clean waiting areas and restrooms!
