Sagamore Sales and Leasing

Sagamore Sales sold a van with a lift to my brother who is mentally and physically handicapped. My 82 year old mother co-signed a loan for him to buy this van. The first week he had it a bolt broke on the lift and my mother had to pay $400+ to have it repaired. The second week of owning the van my mother had to pay another $400 to put in a new alternator. Week 3 the struts needed repair. While in the shop to fix the struts the repair shop pointed out that the whole under carriage of the van was completely rusted out and the repair shop could not do the needed repairs. Upon removing the floor mats of the van there was large rusted holes in the floor where you could see the ground. When my mother made my older brother and I aware of the situation, my older brother contacted the dealer to make this right. Sagamore Sales and Leasing has refused to give the name of the owner of the dealership or come to any kind of a reconciliation of this problem. The salesman did tell my brother, that he would like to find another van for us and trade but he is wanting us to invest more money which my younger brother, and my mother do not have. We have called numerous times to find out the name of the owner of the company and no one will give us this information or let us talk to the owner. We have letters from the repair shop stating the condition of the van and that the deterioration had to be present when the van was sold to my handicapped brother. This has gone on long enough and my handicapped brother and elderly mother are making payments on a pile of junk. Please do yourself a favor and stay away from this dealership in Lebanon, Indiana.

Sagamore had very good pictures and details of the car online so I knew exactly what I was going to go look at. They called me to see when I was coming so they wouldn't miss me, knowing I was traveling a few hours to get there. The car I bought was sold to me at a fair price. The car I have been driving hasn't had anything wrong with it and even though it was a 6 year old car it was in very good condition. I am glad I found this dealership!
