The employees at Sagamore Auto were very easy to work with. They weren't pushy during any part of the process, but they also wouldn't budge on the price although the tires needed to be replaced and were out of balance. The windshield wiper hose needed to be replaced as well, but I found that out when I took it to my mechanic. They didn't tell us about these issues, but they were fairly easy fixes. Overall, they were pleasant and easy to work with.

"No frills" local small business. There is no high pressure sales. Communication and sales process is direct to the point allowing us to learn about a car the day after it was brought onto the lot, test drove the same night (even though it was waiting on a part to complete service), and purchased next day after part installed. There wasn't any hidden agenda or sales tactics. We looked for weeks for a car in a very narrow price, mileage, age, condition range. Found it here and did the deal. All the cars on the lot looked to be priced well and all looked to be in very good condition.

I have purchased a number of used cars over the years and I have to say my experience with Sagamore was the best ever. The high rating from customer reviews helped me narrow down my decision to entertain this dealership. I was searching for a very particular vehicle for weeks and finally found one that met my criteria, but it was listed without pictures. The receptionist was so friendly and took a personal interest to get the pictures uploaded soon as possible. It was exactly what we were looking for and my niece drove 2.5 hours to check it out. When she arrived someone else was in the process of closing the deal, but it didn't work out. So they trusted us to mail a deposit and promised to hold the vehicle until we could make the purchase in a few days. We are very pleased with the vehicle, the pricing, the process, and the customer service. Thank you for an outstanding buying experience. I will definitely look to Sagamore for future auto sales.

We Cant afford to go out and buy a new car so we want to make sure we are getting a used car that has the right amount of mileage, body is in good shape and everything is in working condition. They have always found us a Van with just that. This will be the 4th Van we have bought from them over the last 18 years and we love it! All we have to do is let them know what we are looking for and they have always been able to get us just that!

I have been buying from this dealer for 20 years. I have never had an experience that wasn't positive. My requests have always been met and any glitches that have come up in the process have been dealt with in a timely and professional manner. I can't imagine sbopping for a car with anyone else.

I have never had a better car buying experience. The salesman told me up front what the issues were with the car without me having to ask him, let me take it for a test drive, and was very willing to negotiate on price. In addition, they went above and beyond for me, fixing a window on my car that broke after I purchased the vehicle. This is a great place to shop for a used car and I absolutely recommend them to everyone.
