These Incompetent fools completely wasted my time. I stated repeatedly in the online buying form that the vehicle was LEASED and CarMax emailed me that they would buy my LEASED Volvo. After a one hour drive to CarMax, I go inside and there was this little sign that said CarMax can't buy Volvo leases. xxx, you idiots couldn't have that said that online before I drive there. One word, xxxxxxx: CARVANA.

Bought a used car that had a clean CarFax. Unfortunately, the car had been in a couple of accidents, but not reported on CarFax. I figured out that the Sales Manager knew that Carmax tried to fix the damaged car and knowingly tried to sell it without disclosing the damage. Thankfully, my mechanic caught it and I returned it. Carmax tried to repaint, but did it poorly and was going to cost thousands to repaint in a couple of years. The headlight wasn't even bolted on under the hood because it didn't line up correctly. I filled out their survey with the same bad review. Do you think anyone called? Nope!!! I didn't even get an apology for all the effort. It also cost me money to have my mechanic look at it. Never buy from these guys who are pure profit machines and don't care about customer service.

My car issues have been resolved . The price was dropped down, I did wish they would of payed for the whole deal, but it is, what it is. The word integrity has been lost in today's world.

Within a month of purchase, we?ve had to take the car in 3 times for repairs. We shouldn?t have to worry in a car that was just purchased. Stops while being driven . Same issue each time. Still no fix.

No complaints, all praise and compliments! I admire carmax business model, and them having a no negotiation rule is a beautiful thing. Ray was my consultant and we sold our 2012 forte to buy an suv. Message me if you have any questions and I will answer them.

I had the car I wanted transferred in and from start to end they kept me informed. The waiting period was a bit of a bummer, but knowing that my car was arriving made it worth the wait. Ryan was super he completed the transaction and put us in good hands. We had a minor defect with the windows but Ryan made sure it was taken care of . Overall we were quite pleased. We're definitely getting a second car with them . Lidia
