One of the quickest and most efficient lease upgrade that I have ever been through. From the registration, to the insurance process and payment. 1.2.3. Done. My sales rep, Paul and Staff, were super tolerant of my crazy kids running around. And finally, shot out to the finance team as well. Best to the team at Jack Daniel's VW.

Excessive wait times for a routine oil change and multi point inspection. I had a tire rotation done but the mechanics did not check the tire pressures. I had the pressure sensor go off while driving home. I check the pressures myself and pumped them back to spec. I had to call several times before anyone from service answered and was told I just needed to reset the sensor. This is something that should have been check and completed the mechanic especially for the rate they charge. I asked to speak to a service manager, I was put on hold for 10 minutes only to be told he was not available. Terrible customer service and do not recommend.
