I have honestly had some of the worst experiences at this Jeep dealership in the past — to the point that it was almost traumatic dealing with the service and the sales department there. Because of that, I was very hesitant to come back but it was close to me so I went again. However, this time was completely different, and that was entirely because of Mr. Benny. He was incredibly kind, patient, and professional. He took the time to explain everything to me in detail and made sure I understood what was going on every step of the way. I truly appreciated how helpful and respectful he was throughout the entire process. Mr. Benny is seriously the best person at this dealership. His customer service is outstanding, and he completely changed my experience. From now on, I will always go directly to him. Thank you, Mr. Benny, for turning a stressful situation into such a positive experience!

First of all I must say my issue was resolved. But I was bounced around from sales to service to parts for several hours and then had wait an hour for the resolution. The people I dealt with were pleasant and seemed interested in helping me, but it was very inefficient. I spend an afternoon there and it could have taken about an hour. I remember seeing 2 other customers engaged with staff during that time. One seemed to be purchasing and the other waiting in the waiting area. So it was light. The people were cool and I had a unique request. But I don’t think it made sense to bounce me back and forth at that many times for a sales manager to resolve the issue.

Joke waste a lot of time siad was done and it was had to come back basicly 1.5 weeks to chage s fuse and the mud and drit still on from day one this van was taking off rd and threw mud the kid that broght out van has photos not happy
