The only problem that I had was the dealership couldn’t get the part for my car but they kept trying and finally were able to get it a 2 week repair needed over 4 weeks to complete but we really didn’t need the car due to the fact that we are both retired now.

The worst experience I've ever had with a service department. It's one thing to have the truck sitting on their lot for 38 days waiting for a back ordered part from Ram but when the part did arrive I had to wait 4 days for them to install it (total time of labor 2 hours). I called and emailed the Service Manager, Dennis, but never heard back. When I visited the dealership to check on the condition of my truck I saw it sitting next to the dumpster with trash and crates all around it (I have pictures which I will post on Google Reviews). When I approached the Manager's Office to express my concerns I was told he was on a call and he would call me immediately, never happened. Finally, got my truck back two days ago, and today I had to return for service because of a rattling noise around the part they replaced. Ridiculous. Upon returning my vehicle for service, I spotted my Service Advisor (who was not scheduled to work and off the clock) who was kind and professional enough to help me and agreed that the noise the truck was making was not right and asked that I leave it again and suggested it might be another part that needs replacement which sounds a lot like a "scam". I was expecting someone to look at the vehicle asap since I had already experienced: one, the vehicle shutting off while driving with kids in the car, losing all digital gauges, shifting capabilities, power steering, and brakes, which was due to a faulty part to begin with, two, waiting 38 days and not receiving any updates from either the dealership or manufacturer, forcing me to initiate contact, three, paying $2k for parts and labor only to have the vehicle returned to me in worse shape than it was prior. My Service Advisor (who was not on the clock) said the tech that worked on my truck was not in and I had to wait until the following day to get a diagnosis and that no other technician could look at. No sense of urgency from anyone at Autonation Valencia CDJR. Thankful for my Service Advisor who is doing the best he could but that doesn't negate the fact that the whole experience has been dreadful. No courtesy vehicle offered, no discount for the hassles, no help from corporate either.

The Facility was clean and the customer service I received was top notch! The thoroughness of which I was notified and constantly in contact with provider was amazing. Nothing I experienced before.

I had a coupon for a $49.00 oil change. After the oil change was completed i had to pay over $90.00 "Due to additional fees". Felt like a bait and switch. Not a great way to treat your customers. (I am no longer one!) If you are going to charge customers over $90.00 for an oil change then be upfront with it!!! There are better ways to get new customers than to try to fool them into coming in. Honesty works! Try it!!!

The dealership is very supportive. They checked my new jeeps fluids for free. They were honest and said they would not change the oil because it didn't have 5,000 miles yet, but since I was taking a trip, they were glad to top my fluids. 10yrs I've been going there. The manager, Dennis, and Hugo, service guy are awesome ?
