Customer Service

The service advisor Rashawn was execellent in every way. I called him from the road and explained my situation and that I lived out of town and needed to get my truck looked at. He was able to work my truck in get if repaired and back to me sooner than expected. I truly hope as a company you take care of him as well as he takes care of your customers. As a business owner myself I know the value of good employees. I can tell you with 100 % confidence you have a great one in Rashawn. Because of him and his customer service I will be a customer at your dealership when I'm in statesville.

Prompt service.

Very prompt in getting work done. Great to have transportation home since I had to leave my van. Staff very friendly and helpful.

Customer Service on Internet Offer

I was very interested in a used vehicle purchase via Black Chrysler Jeep. Though I didn't end up making the purchase (similar model/offer closer) I did want to commend the Sales team particularly Dean Lyons. He was very prompt in responding to my inquiries with what I considered the right amount of follow-up. It progressed to making an offer and counter-offer that was both acceptable and included full costs. There was no hassle but just polite, professional responses. I would be happy to bring business to Black Chrysler Jeep in the future despite the distance, as the experience is what I hope for whenever making this type of purchase..

Toby Bolick at Black Chrysler dodge Jeep Ram did a great job for our family. Our car was experiencing mechanical trouble on a trip to South Carolina. After taking the time to determine what was wrong with the vehicle he provided us with options on the repairs and prices for each stage of the repair. A lesser repair shop could have taken advantage of us. However the price for the repairs was extremely fair. We had the same repairs done on an identical vehicle a year earlier at home and it cost 50% more than this dealership was asking. They transported us for lunch and picked us up when we were finished. Very polite and helpful. We would recommend this dealership's service department to anyone looking for fair and honest people to work on their vehicle.

Disappointed !!!!!

I bought a Dodge Drurango form there and it had 63,000 miles and its now in the shop with 73,000 miles ,They are saying it needs the 60,000 mile service. They should have done the service before they put it on the lot. What a rip off. And they talked us into to buying the extra warrenty, boy that was a joke. They said that it was a bumper to bumper warrenty and of course that was a lie. I will never buy anything from them again.

Sorry you are upset. Just to clarify, the 60K mile service is never covered under a Manufacturers Warranty, or an extended warranty. Again, I am sorry you are unhappy.
