I recently purchased an X3 from BMW of Silver Spring.

I recently purchased an X3 from BMW of Silver Spring. The experience was one of my best car purchasing experiences. The Client Advisor, Edwin Melendez, was attentive and responsive. They did not have the vehicle in their inventory but Edwin located the vehicle Saturday afternoon and had it onsite Monday morning. Edwin collected the pertinent information from me to complete the purchase process and to reduce waiting time at delivery. I arrived at 4:00 PM. The car was detailed and waiting for me. I completed the finance process, received a feature overview and orientation and was on the road by 5:30 PM. It was a quick and hassle free process.

This is the first car that I have bought in 15 years and the experience was excellent. Amit Thanki was extremely knowledgeable, a real expert on the cars and his manner was both pleasant and professional. I would strongly recommend him and was also favorably impressed by his colleagues.

Excellent sales experience overall.

Excellent sales experience overall. Abiola understood my needs and professionally handled the transaction from start to finish. Would definitely buy from him again. The finance stage in the other hand needs improvement. The upsell on add ons l was not interested in continued even after l told the representative 4 to 5 times that l was not interested. It was super annoying. Overall l would buy from this dealership again but only because of the excellent sales experience.

I recently visited BMW of Silver Spring and was impressed by the outstanding level of service and professionalism. It was welcoming and they went above and beyond to ensure my needs were met. The showroom and selection of vehicles were top notch, making it easy to find the perfect BMW for me. Abiola, my sales rep was knowledgeable, patient and transparent. The finance department was equally efficient and helpful. I truly appreciated their honesty and integrity in the process.
