Brought my Grand Cherokee in for regular service. During the assessment it was found that my water pump was starting to fail. Jason Saechao was great and facilitated the claim for the additional repairs through the 3rd party warranty I had on the vehicle and kept me up to date with the process. I will seek him out for future service needs.
