I make an appointment to inspect a ticking sound coming from the engine on my 2022 ram 2500 6.7 and when I get there the guy Name Ander Gregory and had a really bad customer service he look like he doesn’t care about the customers

My experience with service was excellent. Specifically with Alexander , though I have to say my last experience with sales was not. Alexander took the time to listen and provide follow up information that allowed me as a client to plan and make decisions without the concern and the stress that some recalls repairs create.
