MOTORCARS OF JACKSON

J’ai récemment acheté un véhicule de luxe neuf chez Motorcars of Jackson et j’ai simplement eu affaire à de vrais professionnels ayant le sens du détail et la rigueur nécessaire lorsqu’on a affaire à des clients exigeants et passionnés d’automobile comme moi. Chip a été formidable dans les conseils avant vente et Wendy a été d’un professionnalisme sans faille pour les documents administratifs. A eux deux ils forment la meilleure équipe possible. Je ne vis pas aux USA mais ils ont tout organisé pour que tout tiennent dans les délais annoncés et que ma voiture soit acheminée du Mississippi vers l’Illinois où elle a été mise en container depuis Chicago pour sa prochaine destination ensoleillée sur un autre continent. I recently purchased a new luxury vehicle from Motorcars of Jackson and I simply dealt with real professionals with an eye for detail and the rigor necessary when dealing with demanding customers and car enthusiasts like me . Chip was great with the pre-sales advice and Wendy was unfailingly professional with the paperwork. Together they make the best possible team. I don't live in the USA but they organized everything so that everything fit within the announced deadlines and that my car was transported from Mississippi to Illinois where it was containerized from Chicago for its next sunny destination on another continent.

Was forced to wire $155k before test driving a 2017 Acura NSX. After payment wired to the dealership's account was able to drive the NSX. Drove the NSX to the gas station as it was on EMPTY! As I drove the NSX out the dealership driveway heard a loud knock from the rear suspension. It was not normal by any means. The suspension was unresponsive over the smallest bumps. All I was hearing knock, knock, knock throughout the drive. I fueled up and returned to the dealership. I informed the owner Chip and employees of the loud knocking noise coming from the rear suspension they are telling me its normal. The car is low to the ground and I need to get use to it. Chip said, "the NSX is to aggressive for you buy a Mercedes Benz" What a joke this guy is! No way a 5k mile NSX should be knocking. Old Honda Civic with 300k miles sounds better going over bumps!!! Very dishonest dealership, unprofessional and rude. This was a extremely stressful experience. My son over-heard Jeremy Thach 'JT' telling Paul (both employees) "this is not a f**king Mercedes Benz" Not to forget, Chip (owner) there are Ubers at the airport, we are 20 minutes away. I didn't ask, you for a ride! I can afford a rental. Stay away from this dealership. They only care about taking your money. No customer service or customer value.

“Fantastic Place, Wonderful Customer Service!” This dealership is top notch! Chip and Wendy went above and beyond to find the exact one of a kind car I was looking for. (I ABSOLUTELY LOVE IT). Their knowledge of all the exotic cars is absolutely mind blowing. So quick and professional. I felt like family by the end of the whole process!

The transaction could not have been smoother. Chip picked me & my wife up at the airport and took us to the dealer. The car was exactly as described and in beautiful condition. The entire dealership and all their cars are top notch, beautiful. In hind site I should have just had Chip ship the car to me. I was worried about the out of state purchase so I wanted to see the car first hand before purchasing. Next car I buy from Chip I will have no worries about just having it shipped direct to me. Chip and Wendy are the best.

Smoothest, most relaxed car buying experience I have ever had. I won’t buy another car from a dealership. I will be back for more. Chip and Wendy are fabulous and personable. First class service.

I was worried at first about buying a car online from another state and then having it shipped to me, but both Chip & Wendy made the process seamless and easy! They helped me with every step of the way, from valuing my trade-in all the way to making sure it arrived safely to my front door. They had a great selection to choose from; but, more importantly, had the car I had looked for everywhere at a great price. I will definitely look here first if/when I am in need of my next vehicle!

This will not be our last purchase . The process seamless without any problems . I must say I am truly impressed with their attentiveness and inventory. I am also in the car industry and did not have the vehicle my wife desired. My experience was great and the customer service was immaculate!
