I came in for 2 things that needed to be fixed. After 3 hours there, neither was fixed! This isn't the first time this has happened at this dealership. Very frustrating but the service advisors I dealt with didn't seem to care. They said I would need to leave my car next time and I asked about a loaner...the advisor never got back to me. If my issues weren't Subaru related I would not go back here.

Wasn’t impressed with service advisor. Never said hello or called me by my name. Very little personality. I have been dealing with this dealership for about 5 years and this was the worse experience I’ve had. I got the email towards the end of the service and one thing was at a caution and he never discussed it with me. Very disappointed in this service call

The staff is exceptional - both friendly and knowledgeable. I appreciated the how organized my visit was - from the service door opening as I approached, and ending with my car waiting for me right outside the waiting room once the work was done.
