They try to sell you a low jack and window tint adding a few thousand dollars on the vehicle and do not ask if you want it, they told me since they found me a good interest rate that they had to increase the price of the vehicle.

Stay away! Run!
Drove an hour and a half to see a bmw 335i. Car was filthy and not even sell ready. Salesman and finance acted like we owe them something. Costumer service needs a huge improvement. Stay away, run as far posible.

RUN LIKE xxxx! AVOID AT ALL COSTS!
RUN! Despicable used car dealership. Fraudulent business practices! Avoid these folks at all costs. Sold my dream car out from under me and lied by saying it was “sent back to an auto auction”. Michael (Manager) and Maribel operate this business shrewdly with the worst communication I’ve experienced over my 9 years buying and reselling cars. I was interested in purchasing a 2006 Mercedes SLK55 AMG out of state and reached out to them on April 10 ready to place a deposit on the car. Michael promised a detailed invoice with price breakdown, that I could put a deposit on the car, and schedule a PPI inspection with a mechanic of my choosing. NONE of this came to fruition. Dealing with these jokers is like pulling teeth. The manager won’t answer his phone or respond to texts, sales staff lie and say they will get back you, they won’t answer emails either. After one sided communication from April 10 until April 18, it was radio silence until the sales staff responded to me with the attached text. If you’re familiar with auto auctions, you know “Caveat Emptor” all sales are final and you can’t return a purchased vehicle to an auto auction. This dealership is a disgrace to other reputable dealers in the LA area. Spend your money somewhere else. Run like xxxx from All In Auto Group!!!

If i could give 0 stars I would. THE WORST PLACE EVER!!! I bought a 2015 Ram and there was engine problems that they were supposed to fix and had the truck for two weeks after we purchased it. THEY DID NOT FIX ANYTHING!!! THEY LEFT BOLTS AND SCREWS LOOSE UNDER THE HOOD!!!! Oil was leaking everywhere, and they DO NOT CARE!!!!! The passenger seat belt was supposed to be replaced as it does not work, and THEY COULD'NT EVEN DO THAT!!! THIS PLACE IS A JOKE!!!!! Armida at the front desk is RUDE, Albert the manager says hes going to call back and NEVER DOES!!!! DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THIS xxxx HOLE!!!

Found a Land Rover LR4 that we were interested in on their website, sent an inquiry and Armida texted me and then called to see what questions we had. I asked her a few questions she couldn't really answer them, so I told her we are coming Oceanside (65 mi. away) and if we decided to come out she would know we are serious. 2 days pass and we decide to make the trip (dumb decision) takes about an hour to get there and when we park my girlfriend starts looking around the lot and I head to the office to get some help. It took several minutes and I finally just said out loud I just drove from Oceanside and am interested in seeing the LR4. No one really cared and finally one of the people said give me a few minutes and I will help you. Meanwhile my girlfriend is walking the lot and telling me most of their cars are in. bad shape. Finally guy comes out with keys we get in it reeks of cigarette smoke, check engine light is on, and various other imperfections, I ask the salesman about all the issues he says I do not know much about any of these cars, you are welcome to take it to your mechanic but that's about all I can tell you. I tell him, this is a commuter car for us, we have 2 $100k plus cars that we are trying to limit wear and tear on,(we drove our current Land Rover in) didn't matter their service was horrible. We both decided this was a wasted trip got on the road headed home, saw a CarMax stopped to take a look and bought a Range Rover Sport 2016 in cash. When we got home Armida called to follow up from the other day and as I started to tell her about our experience today- she hung up on me. RUDEST thing I have ever had happen from a place of. business. I DO NOT RECOMMEND ALL IN AUTO GROUP. BEWARE bad CUSTOMER SERVICE and cars are in pretty bad condition. Most seem to be cars they bought from an auction.

Fraudulent Shady Dealership
I wish i would have checked their reviews before going. I purchased a vehicle of their lot (listed on Capital One app) and should have seen their lack of communication as a red flag. The truck was delivered filthy, I mean not even a quick hose down. Had water bottles in the truck bed and food stuck on the handles. On my 2 hour drive back home, check engine light pops up. The very next day, I mean not even 24 hours in my possession , the transmission goes out and leaves me stranded. Took about 10 phone calls and numerous emails to finally get Albert to agree on picking up the truck and repairing it. Truck was picked up on Thursday and sent to their shop. Truck sat in their lot until Tuesday when the so called mechanic called me to see what was wrong with the truck, had to explain like I did to my kids what was wrong with it, but he’s the pro these losers got working. Finally gets towed to a shop in Stanton and arrived on Wednesday. During this whole time Albert is quiet as a mouse and never in the office to speak with or to update me. I was able to track the truck (thanks to their $1200 “dealer added option”) and located the shop. They told me the truck was ready and just waiting to be picked up by the dealership. I called the dealership and was told the mechanic was still working on it. Long story short, the transmission still kicks, I need to replace an oil pump, and coolant sensors, and a catalytic converter ($5k) and I’m just wondering how they got the truck to pass smog with a bad catalytic converter!!!!!

Absolutely terrible. Stay away from this place. Albert is a liar and thief. He won’t be there for much longer. Just look at his reviews. My car has been in the shop for the first month I’ve owned it.

Car was in terrible condition
Waited 4 hours to look at 2014 S Class AMG63. The car was a disaster, rear tires worn out, windows not working and transmission slipping. Goodluck selling this car.
