Awful experience at Riley Mazda, Stamford CT. The Internet Sales Manager (RJ Santiago) was ok to deal with. Took appointment for the car to be test driven. The condition of the car was awful, wasn’t cleaned and had several exterior and interior scratches. The worst customer service experience: The Finance Manager Trevor was terrible and even cursed when asked about the CPO inspection paper. This guy was very rude and even said: “bull***t, wasting my time. Have others waiting for me.” and told us to go to RJ (sales manager) and ask him. Really?? Overall very unsatisfied with the Riley Mazda Finance Manager Trevor and how I was treated during the process. This very busy person walked out right away and RJ asked him to come back for paper works and at this time he was “acting” ok. (Not sure why he had such bad attitude at first). Don’t ask him any questions: he will ask you to read the documents.🙄 Not at all professional or have any courtesy. Did he felt like I am there to take the car for free?? Didn’t provide the inspection paper on the day of purchase as dealership said it is not available since it is a Saturday (weekend). What?? Shouldn’t they be prepared for these when selling the car? Highly doubt the car was even certified or just sent us a paper with check marks. Car was shown to us with no CX5 badge or AWD badge. Later installed CX5 badge upon delivery as requested and still no AWD badge. Had to request them to sent over by mail and installed by myself. As requested, on delivery day they buffed some scratches and did some paint touchups. Can see the paint touch up inappropriately done. The exterior paint corrections / polish work was done poorly. The car brakes looks way too low. I can hear squealing sound at low speeds. I feel like the entire process of taking care of the CPO procedures are rushed just to sell the car. The exterior paint is now showing the real issues. Lot of swirl and scratches. Recently took the car for service at Firestone and the tech said the engine oil level was low and the they are surprised that it’s been only a month I got this CPO certified car. Overall very unsatisfied with the Riley Mazda customer service. All they care about is sell the car somehow.

As a returning previously satisfied customer I have to now warn everyone- Beware of @rileymazda CPO- they don’t check the vehicles and don’t delete previous owners data! They ignore @mazdausa protocols and standards #datasecurity #databreach I have all the previous owners texts and contacts as well as personal information found in the owners manual. Manager downright nasty when confronted with issues found with inspection. @rileymazda has no concern for customer concerns. Old school dealer - sell the car and get customer off the lot. Bringing vehicle to another #mazdadealer as per #@mazdausa for proper inspection! #badcustomerservice #mazdausa @mazdausa @mazda_pr #mazda

Just leased my 2nd Mazda from Riley Mazda in Stamford. I dealt with Fatos for the second time. He answered all of my questions and was extremely helpful. He goes above and beyond to make it a great experience. A pleasure to work with! Great dealership and would recommend them to family and friends

I bought a 2010 Mazda 6i Touring. Got a really good deal. They gave me what I felt was fair for my trade (06 Pontiac Grand Prix 71K miles)the salesman was not pushy or confrontational. Had good knowledge as well. I got I think an excellent deal
