So tired of dealing with them and Kia.
So tired of dealing with them and Kia. ICCU went at the beginning of January and brought it in to get repaired. My car had approx 68,000 miles on it and is supposed to have as 8 year/ 100,000 mile warranty on the charging system, but was told by both the dealer and Kia corporate that it was only covered under the basic warranty. Apparently I am the only one that actually read the warranty agreement. After two weeks of pure stress fighting with Kia, the car got repaired and I paid for it. I got a call the following week from the dealer that Kia agreed to cover it under warranty and I would be getting paid back. That was nearly 2 months ago and I haven't gotten a single penny back. I've stopped in to the dealer once and everyone acted surprised that I didn't get anything. I got one call after that, that i unfortunately missed as i was in a meeting at work, which I have returned numerous times that never gets answered or a return call. I'm loosing my patience. This is not how you treat customers. I'm done with Kia, never again will I buy from such a horrible company. i just want this done and get what I am owed and i don't know why that is so much to ask for. Don't trust them and don't buy from them, it's not if you will end up regretting it, it's when.

I had quite an experience with the dealership from Kia on
I had quite an experience with the dealership from Kia on the Boulevard. My forward system/adaptive cruise control sensors and system was not working. Took it to the Kia on the Boulevard dealearship to fix it. They fix it same day (under warranty) took the vehicle home, within 24 hours next day all the dashboard was lit up like Christmas tree (due to improper calibration of the new system installed). I managed to drive it back to dealership same day they said that I'll have to leave the car with them over the weekend, because they don't have the mechanics to look at it right now . I said ok, can i have a vehicle loaned to me while you have my vehicle in the dealership, they replied no vehicles available, you can rent one will reimburse you. I had a vehicle rented for 4 days, racked $400 in rental fees. The service manager told me to email him the enterprise bill and that i would receive a refund from Kia within 3 weeks. No refund, broken words and promises. When I wrote an email after 9 weeks to the service manager, he told me that Kia is giving us a hard time and won't pay the rental fees.

YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!! If you get your car towed there it’s $260 for diagnostics test.. And said my battery dead!! Then wanted to charge Additional $250 for battery replacement! SCAM!!! SCAM!!! SCAM!!! There Diagnostics test are wrong! and they will charge you for FALSE RESULTS!! THEY WILL HAVE YOUR CAR FOR WEEKS TO MONTHS!! DONT DO IT!! PATRICK THE SERVICE MANAGER IS NASTY AND NO HELP!

I purchased a BRAND NEW Kia Sorento 2023 on Dec 09, 2022.
I purchased a BRAND NEW Kia Sorento 2023 on Dec 09, 2022..My vehicle was destroyed by a wreckless driver on Jun 19, 2022..June 2023 I purchased the same vehicle from the same dealer 60,000 this vehicle has NOT been able to stay in driven for not longer than a day before it will completely shut down needing a jump! This is INSANE to me! Kia has NO answers! This is insaneely impossible please somebody help me figure out what to do in this matter

The absolute kindess of SALES reps! Whoever looks can be deceiving as we all ned too ok feed our families! Bought a Kia Sorento in Dec 2022.Unfortunately somebody hit it and I had to total my vehicle out..Having Gap insurance I was able to return and purchase another Kia Sorento beings I LOVED my car..EVERY since buying this 2nd Sorento ntg but issues..My car can not sit a day or two without needing a jump..This is a $60,000 vehicle (financed) now fully paid! My back windshield wiper never worked until recently I took it to be serviced and needing a motor (On this “NEW” car) my horn periodically doesn’t work and my car from window wipers are TRASH! This car is definitely NOT and was NOT sold to me NEW as told! Kia is going to get sued!

I bought a Kia Sorento 2023, financed in December 2022, my vehicle was damaged and totaled out, returned to Kia purchased same vehicle.NO issues with my Wolf Grey Kia however since purchasing this $60k Kia Sorento (Same car) I have had BO back wiper, numerous times my car won’t start, and even as we speak my horn is not working! This is a $60,000 fully paid vehicles! They say I shouldn’t have jumped it "iiiiiiiiii” caused the damage to battery!! Soooo why is it the wind shield wiper, the horn n all this other crapp is happening?! WHYYYYY SHOULD it have had needed to be jumped?! Kia make it make sense! Cause MY lawyer is coming!

Bought out our lease and refused to give a Bill of Sale.
Bought out our lease and refused to give a Bill of Sale. They also had a doc saying we had a balance after complaining they said theyll do us a favor and put N/A not 0 as the balance. Called Kia Finance of course they didnt get the balance gave us consumer affairs which went straight to roadside assistance. This is shady to say the least. Horrible inexperienced and rude. Buy your car anywhere else. They’ll steal from you one way or another
