I did not like my experience with the HR woman, snobbish, cold and gave me the feeling my new car I just brought would break down soon if I did not buy her upgrades. Great vehicle, Brian the Rep responded instantly answering any question, I have.

My experience with Rod Baker Ford was almost bi-polar. My salesperson Kaitlyn, and the other people I spoke with were friendly and helpful. However, as a long-distance buyer it almost seemed like they went out of their way to make the process frustrating. I almost had to call off the deal when they added ridiculous dealer-installed junk to my used truck purchase AFTER the price was negotiated. Silly junk like “Spare tire lock” and “Pulse brake light” for hundreds and hundreds of dollars. That shenanigan makes the whole process feel slimy even though the people themselves seemed genuinely pleasant to deal with. Additionally, as someone who has purchased many vehicles over the internet, This process was one of the most difficult and illogical. If I hadn’t really wanted this particular truck, I certainly would have called off the deal because of their onerous procedures and the fact that they wouldn’t hold a vehicle even with a deposit while I was jumping through to very hoops they placed in front of a simple transaction. 3 stars about sums it up for me.

Anthony, Kaitlyn, and Brian were great to work with. This was the easiest dealership I have worked with. I was in and out in under 1.5 hours. Anothny and Katilyn were efficient but also made sure that everything was covered at the best price in town. I recommended anyone to go see Kaitlyn.

After contacting the dealership via cars.com I received an email communication from a sales representative saying the car was in stock and available to view. I wrote back and stated, I would be available the following day in the afternoon and left my phone number. After not hearing back from the sales representative. I drove to the dealership the next day and walked into the store. The few sales people that were in the showroom appeared to be busy with other customers and no one was at the welcome desk.
