I had a really great experience with the service department at Mitsubishi of Totowa and wanted to specifically recognize Chris and Victor. Initially, I brought my car in for a check engine light and was told I needed a sensor replacement that was quoted at $760. Chris took the time to dig deeper and was able to source the part for significantly less, around $450, which I really appreciated. When I returned to have the work done, they could have easily just replaced the sensor and moved on. Instead, they took the extra step to further diagnose the issue, performed a reset, and ultimately fixed the problem without needing to replace the part at all—and didn’t charge me anything for it. That level of honesty and integrity is hard to find. On top of that, they went out of their way to make things right by providing a complimentary oil change and car wash. Chris and Victor were professional, transparent, and genuinely focused on doing what was best for the customer—not just making a sale. I left feeling very satisfied and truly appreciated their customer service. Highly recommend the service team here, and I will definitely be returning.

those guys are pure scammers... they have listed car for 20k we liked the car, offered them to buy it for 20K, suddenly they go -no,you need to buy our warranty and insurance for additional 6K.... UNBELIEVABLE!!!! just waisted my time with them criminals... stay away from them ,100 percent scammers!!!!

Terrible experience. Price listed on Saturday when I called was one price, but when we showed up after a 2 hour ride I was told the price is subject to change. Meanwhile I have been in contact for 5 days with sales rep but no mention of price change. A difference of about $4000. That is certainly not acceptable. The finance/sales manager Ali walks out like he's king xxxx and was super unprofessional. I wouldn't waste my time with this place.

My wife and I were in a bind, our small car gave out on us and we needed something bigger fast. She started searching around and this place kept popping up. The prices looked almost too good and the reviews were amazing, so we decided to check it out. We found the perfect car for our family at a price that honestly didn’t make sense at first. The guys in the office were awesome too. That’s unheard of with car lots!!
