They accommodated me at the near last moment to purchase

They accommodated me at the near last moment to purchase tires for Chevy special buy 3 get 4th for $1.00. I used my GM points for tires. Mounting alignment and balance was only out of pocket expense.

A few months ago I took my vehicle to this location.

A few months ago I took my vehicle to this location. The customer service we received was terrible. We had to call them for updates. The quotes we received for work didn't match. The representatives that we spoke to didn't care about what having no access to a vehicle. There was no rental car option which other dealerships due. In this economical climate you would think that there would have been some kind of empathy. There wasn't any. Worse off is that after we spent about $6000 to get the vehicle fixed within two days the transmission completely went. We had told them we suspected there was an issue with it, and now as a result the vehicle is now sitting waiting to be fixed AGAIN. This is severely unacceptable. The worst experience EVER!

The best on any Sales Managers ,I've dealt with in all my many ,many years.Sophie Noto was truly polite , truly extended herself , took the time to explain everything and yes she was truly exceptional.

Everything about this car buying experience was very

Everything about this car buying experience was very positive. From making my appointment to meeting Will Cunningham in the lobby. He took me out to see the cars and explain everything in great detail before we even took it for a test ride. I felt like I had his total attention and he made the car by experience go very smooth. You always expect the worst when you go car shopping, but this was not the case at all. He continued to help me with all my paperwork and then help me even unhook car seats and bring over some of my other personal belongings . Once the car was cleaned up, he continued to go over everything in the car and made me feel like he had all the time in the world to help me. I highly recommend Rossi I bought many cars there before they?re just a very friendly dealership with fair prices.

Great dealership

I bought my truck here 3 years ago and I?ve had all my oil changes done here as well as a transmission fluid change. The buying process was quick and friendly. Service is prompt and clean.

Best Dealership!

This dealership was by far the best/easiest one to work with for us. From the moment we got there the staff was friendly and helpful. No hassle from salespeople. Very professional every step of the way. We traded a vehicle and purchased all within 4 hours on a Saturday. We highly recommend this dealership.

Grateful Customer

Had my vehicle in for a recall. While there, I had Buddy in service look into a reoccurring problem I was having with the vehicle and another service center. The issue was pinpointed, repaired and then the service dept went the extra mile. They stood by me when I was forced to pursue litigation in court with the other entity. It is precisely because of their support that I was able to settle out of court for the full amount. My vehicle was unsafe to drive, they not only flagged it but help me take down the entity who left me in this condition. It spurred an investigation into substandard and illegal practices that were long overdue. I can't thank Buddy, the service dept and the Dealership enough!
