I had a very positive experience at Donovan. I purchased a truck from them and appreciated their low pressure sales mindset and especially their commitment to not having backend fees attached to the purchase price. Their doc fee is one of the lowest in the area. Our sales associate, Mike Wildeman did a great job and was helpful on every level. We had a minor issue after the sale and Mike and the entire team were quick and professional in the resolve. I have been buying cars for many years and this was one of the better experiences I’ve ever had. I would refer others to Mike and the company without hesitation.

Mike made our buying experience the easiest experience I have had. He was incredibly professional, patient, and exceptionally knowledgeable. Everyone there that we interacted with was professional and helpful. They even gave us a ride home during our trade. We test drove a ton of different cars including Genesis, Mazda, Honda, Hyundai, and Chevy and hands down our Envista ST blew them out of the water then to make it even better, the no hassle, easy experience with Mike sealed the deal. Everyone we dealt with was very kind and helpful. Mike was not pushy at all which was very refreshing compared to some car dealerships.

Terrible service center. Waited over 7 weeks for my truck to get worked on and they never call with updates. Called for an update and service center stated their "tech" isn't working so they have no idea what's wrong with the truck. Never taking my vehicle back there again for service.
