Buyers beware review the buyer’s order carefully before signing anything at this dealership. The truck we purchased was advertised online at one price, but the final paperwork shows a higher price and none of the discounts discussed during the sales process were not applied. Everything is shown briefly on a computer screen and you are rushed into signing electronically, which makes it difficult to fully review the numbers. Finances manager which scrolls to the bottom of each page for you to sign without showing the details. Within 10 minutes of leaving the lot, the tire pressure light came on and three of the four TPMS sensors stopped working, an issue that was not present during the test drive. I emailed the dealership immediately and a week later still have no response. Even though we were told we had 3 months to reach out if we had issues. Was going to trade in my car for a Tahoe here but changed my mind. The final paperwork also included nearly $2,000 in “maintenance” fees, bringing the total to almost $6,000 above the advertised price. Very disappointing experience with both pricing transparency and post-sale support. Sales and finance manger have Zero integrity at this dealer.

I took my car in for its first service. My advisor Jacob Immerman greeted my promptly. He asked questions about my car as it’s still new. The service was completed in a very timely manner. And the car was washed before I picked it up. I recommend Lou Bachrodt service department and ask for Jacob.
