well to start my name is Roxanna. i went to this dealer in seach of a VW EOS which i did not find. i was trying to buy cash but the car wasnt there so i was like this is great now what do i do ????? i was kinda panicing because i needed a car badly and i only wanted that car. I was so upset the fact the car wasnt there but then this sales person came up tp me and told me that this happens alot it the used car business and that if i wanted he would show me around and give me a tour of the expo of cars i said sure why not . so overall this guy was really nice and he helped me out alot with the price and finding the car i needed which towards the end turned out to be a bmw 528i. i never pictured myself in one of these cars but look at me now driving in the street black on black!! like a boss!!! overall i would love to recommend car expo dealership in downey for all the managers help and discounts and most of all the sells person "Richard" "I KNOW YOU GUYS ARE UNDER NEW MANAGEMENT" keep on the good work ! thank you -Roxanna

I could not be more satisfied with the service that I received at Car Expo and would recommend anyone who is considering purchasing a car to definitely start there. Jose was awesome to deal with and the financing was very easy at the same time. Thank you Jose for making the buying process a stress free experience for me. I will refer anyone I know who is looking for a Used car to you !!!

Well this is Patrick I went to car expo in despite of all the bad reviews I read and I went looking for a Ducati that had been sold but when I got there the salesmen Richard was very helpful and told me the whole story about how it got sold and then he presented me to his managers/crew John and Jose and well they also told me how it was gone but if I was intrested they could help me with anything else (car) and well I said what the xxxx lets give it a try. So even though I had very bad credit they helped me and what do you know, now I'm driving a Mercedez Benz clk 500 All I have to say now is thank you carexpo and your crew for being so generous and helpful I don't care what your old reviews say but you guys are the best!! I went with my sister to go look at cars at Car Expo and she wasn't trying to buy a car but she fell in love with a jeep so she bought it. She's very happy with it. The service there is really great, the salesman Richard was very nice , polite, and understandable! I would recommend this place to everyone because the cars are cheap, nice , and they have great service!

My husband and I live over an hour and a half from Downey. Before making the long drive out there my husband called and asked if they took trade in and the guy said yes. My husband told the guy over the phone that we were interested in the Cayenne and that we could at least put $2000 down. They guy assured us that it was fine. My husband confirmed that we were driving a long way and didnt want to waste our time. We got down there and the battery was dead on the car so the salesman (that my husband spoke to over the phone) gave it a jump. I was concerned that the car was shaking a little bit when the engine ran and the guy kept saying its because it has been sitting and my husband asked if we could do a test drive. He took us in to his manager who was sitting behind a computer and obviously did not want to help us. First he tells my husband that 2000 down is not enough and my husband said I called and asked. Then my husband asked if they took trade ins and his response was that they did not take trade ins because they sold cars at a low price. My husband said you two (referring to manager and salesman) are on two totally different pages. Then the salesman says I thought we took trade ins. The manager then proceeds to say we do take trade ins based on your credit. He was rude, didnt care to help us. I told him that first he says they did not take trades but now they do based on credit!! We just left it didn't feel right !!! Very sketchy. We drive about a mile down the street and find another Cayenne with only 68,000 miles that ran much better at ALux and they had excellent customer service. We ended up finding a much better car so maybe they did us a favor!!!!

this place is a sham I should have known from the moment I stepped on the premesis. Now 90 days later I call to find out why I haven't received any registration that they where to processe something that should have been done we well before the 90 day mark which is when the end of the temporary registration they gave me while on the phone with Jose I ask why they have not done anything in the past 90 days then he gets defensive and starts cursing and yelling at me what kind of a business are they running.

I recently purchased a 2008 BMW at Car Expo in Downey. The staff was nice, friendly and overall informative. I really wanted to get a BMW, however, I was open to see the different selection they had. They had lots of good cars and I noticed the prices are lower than other places I visit. The buying process was fast and easy. It was a really hot day, things got better when I went in the office because they had their AC on and also offered me water. My overall experience was excellent and I am completely satisfied. The car is in good conditions I didn need any repairs. I will definitely refer a friend.

i went into car expo yesterday and bought a Mustang. I love the Car but loved the price even more they worked with me even though my credit wasnt too good. they have a great inventory, i spoke with John.

Today i went into Car Expo and purchased a Jeep not only Was it a great price they also had great customer service, and ice cold water recomend for any type of vehicle your looking for at a low price .
