Edd Kirby Adventure Cars Rock!!!!!

This was the smoothest car buying experience I have ever had. From the time we walked in to the delivery of our newly purchased vehicle we were treated with respect and professionalism. The staff is warm and friendly and go out of their way to assist in anything you may need and are knowledgeable to any questions you may have. Our sales advisor James Moore was GREAT!!!! He really took care of us and was so helpful in finding us a vehicle that is awesome and very affordable. I had the pleasure of having a conversation with the Manager, Justin and he was warm, friendly and showed exemplary managerial and team work skills. I will recommend this Chattanooga location to my friends and family and I plan to return here in the future. If you are in the market for a new or used vehicle give Chattanooga Edd Kirby a visit,you will love the ADVENTURE!!!!

After the sale it goes downhill

I bought a car from their Chattanooga branch over a year ago and the staff was nice up until I bought the car. After me and my wife bought it Ryan Hauger the salesman said he could try and get us a deal on an admin key for the car and he never followed up on it, no call or anything. That was all a year or so ago. Now, the service department fixed my a.c. several months ago and they kept my car for around a week. This all seemed usual until my a.c. broke again with the same problem about 2 weeks after I got it back. I couldn't bring the car right away because I couldn't miss another week of work. Now that we brought it back to the service department, my wife was told that the same part went out because the air filter wasn't clean. Why couldn't they see that when they had the car? We barely drove it after we got it back and then it went out again. Plus the service department has failed to return my calls, they only can call my wife apparently. A few days ago before I even brought the car back I called and left my number and was told I would be called back and I never did, this has happened multiple times since I've been dealing with the company. That's all my complaints. Everyone I've seen over the past year looking for a car, I've told to run the other way.

Jacob Massey is the best salesperson ever!!!

I visited the showroom several times over several weeks/months before buying. Jacob was always polite, helpful and not a bit pushy! I enjoyed getting to know him and buying a car from him!

Best car buying Experience Ever

From the Moment I stopped at Ed Kirby's Adventure Mazda looking at cars and met Jacob Massey I knew this is where I wanted to buy my Car. From the Start Jacob was very professional and went out of his way to make my car buying experience hassle free and very easy. After being told "NO" at other dealerships I was sure that this would be another no, That's when Jacob stepped up and showed what a true professional he really is. from calls to Emails Jacob was there every step of the way. I will definitely keep my Business with them and Jacob. My whole overall experience was amazing and so easy.

love the dealership

Great service! Loved joshua Smartt he was so helpful and really did a great job. We bought a car for our daughter and I'm not worried about it breaking down on her and he worked very hard to help us get a great car in our price range.
