I went to Adventure Cars in Chattanooga after hearing their famous radio advertisements. I figured it could not hurt to check & see what they could do for me. I honestly did not intend to leave with a car at all, much less a new car. I had been told ?We cannot help you? so many times at other dealerships that I was a little gun shy & hesitant. From the moment I walked in, I was treated so well! My needs were met far more than I could have ever imagined! I particularly appreciated how Connor sat down with me & looked at what I could afford first, & we looked at cars after that. That alone meant so much to me! As a woman, I am always afraid of being jerked around at any business that deals with cars. However, I was treated like a normal person & not any less- even if I am a girl & have no clue about cars! Connor was too legit! He literally went above & beyond for me! We ran into a few obstacles (on my end financially), but he was determined to work it out so that I would be happy & have the best deal possible. I highly recommend Adventure Cars; you will not be disappointed!

Amazing place. Staff was excellent working with me on every turn making sure that they could get me a car. Unbelievable devotion to the customer and you can really tell they're out to help you, best car financing experience I will probably ever have thanks to the amazing people there.

My son called trying to see if he could get a car and get his credit started. Jae Garner called him and asked us to come in the following day. He was awesome from the start. He told us he'd do everything to get us in a car and out the door as quickly as he could. I have to say, he held up to that deal. He took great care of us and my son is happy with his new ride. I can't thank him enough for all of his help and the rest of the team that helped my son.

Jacob and Edd Kirby have been an amazing dealer to help me out with obtaining my first car! Jacob couldn't have been a better guy to purchase a car! Couldn't have had a better time and they were so flexible with their times and were able to get me in a rental car for the time while I was looking around and allowing me to take an extended test drive and give me more time to think on the car while paperwork was being processed. Where do I begin? I had an absolutely PERFECT experience! I've shopped around different dealerships in the past and felt pushed or rushed, but not the case here. My sales person was Jacob Massey who was first class in every step of my decision to purchase a new vehicle. He worked very diligently at all times, never losing the smile on his face. If on a scale of 1 - 10, there was an option to go higher I would! He is such a great asset to your business, but more than that a genuinely great guy. I was made to feel right at home which is something you don't see a lot of these days. As a long time professional in the Hospitality industry, I just can't say enough about Jacob. If anyone ever asks me where they should purchase a new vehicle you will 100 percent get my recommendation....and I will tell them to personally ask for Jacob. I love my new Outlander Sport but what makes it even better is the first class service I was shown! Thank you all again!!

After a horrible experience at another dealership & years of driving cars that breakdown year after year, we decided to shop for a new/new, used car. From the moment we walked in the door, Justin & Mike have gone above and beyond to make sure everything is to OUR satisfaction. We had a really rough time getting my employer to verify employment, but Justin & Mike did what they had to do to keep me in my vehicle. I will send everyone I know to Adventure Cars!
