This has been my third visit to Kia gateway service

This has been my third visit to Kia gateway service center and I will recommend this place to everyone. The team is proactive from the get go. They listen to you and provide all necessary details. They also share information that you may not be aware of or don't remember which in return helps in making the right decision. You are always up to date regarding the status of your vehicle through msg alerts. They always complete the task in the promised window. Thanks team for all the hard work you put in.

The Sales team need to get some training on customer

The Sales team need to get some training on customer interaction ethics. Went to this dealer looking for kia carnival (pre-owned). After having checked the vehicle when i said my price expectation, which IMO was quite relevant for 2022 base model with 60k miles on it. I was taken aback by the remarks of the salesperson boss; the terms he used quote unquote "ridiculous and nonsense" upon my quoting the price; was so rude and unethical when dealing a customer. My advise: Please have some bare minimum respect for your customers and do respond with some politeness. please do not encourage customer to quote their price and then make your ridiculous comments on that; rather put a board on your door entrance "price posted are non-negotiable and no discounts". I never received your final price btw, even upon asking for it. Thank You!

This Kia dealership has excellent sales and finance

This Kia dealership has excellent sales and finance people. My salesperson was Wayne H., and he took me through the whole process, starting from my phone call to my purchase of a K4. He answered every question and showed me all the choices inside the car. He was pleasant and polite.

One of the best dealerships I have ever dealt with.

One of the best dealerships I have ever dealt with. Dan Girolamo was the most personable, non pushy, professional Sales Consultant I have ever dealt with. Barry and the staff were all amazing. We were there for quite awhile but Dan constantly asked if we needed drinks, snacks and even offered to order a pizza. Wonderful experience. So happy with my new Kia Forte. Absolutely LOVE it.

Women can purchase cars without male approval!

I just went to look at the KIA. I had no intention of purchasing a car that day. I test drove the car and liked it. The next thing we are negotiating and I drove out with my car. The salesman was helpful answered my concerns. I didn’t feel pressured or passed around the showroom. My experience was very positive.

Easy and Efficient

This was the only dealership that had the exact vehicle (in transit) I was looking for. Jeff assured me I'd be his first call as soon as the Telluride hit the lot, and he kept his word! He was great to work with and basically took care of the whole buying process. And this dealership's price was less than the other Kia dealerships I reached out to. All around lovely experience and would recommend Jeff to anyone!

Disappointed

Need to provide a loaner if not going to fix car right first time around. Took a month back and forth to get it right and we are 30 minutes away.
