Worst experience I have ever had. The service department here is filled with nothing but liars and thieves. I was actually told by my warranty company to pick up my vehicle from them immediately because they were "so sketchy." The fact that a WARRANTY company told me that unprompted should say it all. The service department manager promised he would be calling me to address the multiple lies I was told and the multiple parts on my vehicle that were damaged - that was in February and I still haven't heard from him. Spent the last couple of months compiling all the videos taken and all the recorded phone calls and the multiple employee statements that they willingly gave. This place is a nightmare. Stay away.

They have a room for you to sit and wait, while your car is being serviced. Elcion, was the person that greeted and took care of me, when I came in and left Chrysler. I always enjoy going upstairs into the showroom and looking at the new and used stock. Everyone is pleasurable to work with at Eastchester Chrysler.
