Very easy car buying experience. Everyone we dealt with was professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. We were treated with respect at all times. The dealership was clean and comfortable in which to conduct business. I would recommend Auto National to anyone shopping for a car.

Words cannot describe the poor judgment used by this dealership when purchasing my car. My sales person took me to the bank, which is approximately 2 miles from the dealership to get a cashiers check to purchase my car. When I came out, about 5 minutes later with the check, my sales person had vanished. I found that her sales manager, Robert, had told her in no uncertain terms to return to the dealership immediately because she had a key that he needed. Imagine my surprise when I came out of the bank with the check and no one was there. My sales person should have at least come into the bank and informed me that she was needed back at the dealership immediately and asked how much longer I would be. I do not fault her completely because she had only been on the job a week and was petrified of this manager, afraid of losing her job. I fault Robert, the sales manager, for his poor judgment in demanding that she leave a paying customer at the bank stranded to meet his needs first. I waited on the steps 20 minutes for her return. It is no wonder that this dealership has a low rating.

Nice sales people but the finance team adds on unessasary Costs and goes over the contract very quickly. Tells you not to read it.
