Absolutey coming back for business

Was looking for a car for my younger brother and found one for myself. Kyle Fajardo is one of the best salesman that I have met. He had a vast knowledge of the vehicles but most importantly he had an understanding of people and what they were looking for in a purchase. The staff at the dealership was professional and willing to help with any questions that I had and went out of their way to give me as much information as they could. I have a big family and will most likely send them to Hellers for cars.

Kyle Fajardo was wonderful!

Go through Kyle Fajardo! He completely changed my mind about Heller Motors! He was good natured, honest, and authentic. The entire staff was awesome, actually, and the buying process went quickly and painlessly. The facility is beautiful and an uplifting environment, as well. I received very fair trad- in value for my old car, and I got a spectacular price on my new Chrysler Town and Country that's pretty well fully loaded. Could not be happier!

The Best Experience EVER !

I cant say enough about the awesome experience I received during the purchase of my 2016 Ram Sport from Kyle Fajardo. He is truly a professional in all respects along with Sales Manager John Warren and Finance Manager Keith Kabureck. I drove over 2 hrs. to make the purchase and it was more than worth the drive. Just bought a 2016 Jeep Renegade and could not be happier. You need to get Kyle Fajardo as your salesman - no pressure tactics and extremely informed on the vehicles. I live 3.5 hours away from Heller Motors - but they seemed to have the best deals. I was able to confidently purchase the car from my home in Quincy, IL and Kyle personally delivered it to me. I cannot say how happy I am I went this route - Kyle was honest, and went above and beyond for me - Thank You Heller Motors!!

Extremely Satisfied

Our experience at Heller Motors was nothing less than outstanding. Our Sales Associate, Kyle Fajardo, was extremely patient and knowledgeable. He was very well-versed in the particulars of both Chrysler/Dodge vehicles and of the competing manufacturers. We felt no pressure at any time, but rather more like we were dealing with a friend. Kyle worked well with Jeff in the finance department to ensure we finalized the deal we expected all along. Jeff was also very thorough and friendly during the closing. I recommend to anyone to call Kyle Fajardo at Heller Motors in Pontiac, IL for your next vehicle purchase--you will not be disappointed!

Purchase of our sixth Heller Motors vehicle

We were looking for a replacement second car. We had looked on line and found a 2008 Ford Escape at Hellers. We made arrangements to test drive the vehicle online and soon a salesman called to confirm and bring the vehicle to Pontiac. We had to call back and reschedule the test drive and that was not a problem. Jake Heller ended up being our sales representative for this vehicle as when we reschedule the original sales representative was not working that day. Jake took us for a test drive, explained the features of the vehicle as we were driving and made the test drive pleasant instead of uncomfortable. Jake wanted to make sure we were happy with the vehicles appearance, features, and reliability. We decided to buy the vehicle after the test drive. Jake worked with us every step of the way. Introduced us to the business manager, made sure we were not thirsty or inconvenienced in any way. He even offered to meet with us the next day, his day off, in order to complete the sale. We had enquired about how many sets of keys with remotes came with the vehicle. It was noted that there was only one key of this type. A week or so after the sale I received a voice mail from Jake stating that he had located a second key with remote. He said he would drop it in the mail for us so that we would not have to make a return trip to the dealership. Jake Heller was very professional, very friendly and very customer oriented. This made purchasing our sixth vehicle for Hellers very easy. Your dad would be very proud.

Wow - 6 vehicles! Thank you for being such loyal customers. So much has changed since you first purchased us with us - internet shopping, the ability to schedule a test drive online, but the one thing that will never change is our commitment to making a car purchase a very pleasant experience. We're glad Jake was so easy to work with - he's a 3rd generation Heller who's passionate about cars AND customers!

Best car buying experience

This was one of the best car experiences I've ever had. From the moment we talk on the phone, until the moment the deal was done. I had set up an appointment for 8:30 on a Monday morning, and we decided that we weren't going to buy and cancelled the appointment. 12 hours later, we were in the showroom with our minds changed yet again. Our salesman was Kyle Fajardo and he was wonderful. He established relationship with us, listened to what we needed and wanted. When he and the staff didn't feel as if what we had chosen would work out best for us, they suggested a vehicle that was just as good if not better suited to our family. Kyle, John, and Jeff were awesome. They stayed until 9:30. We were able to take the van for a test drive, discuss the price, and close the deal all at one time. They didn't make us feel rushed or like we had come at a bad time. When we left, we couldn't believe that we'd actually just bought a vehicle. We will definitely be returning. Thank you all for making us feel like family!

Outstanding people at Heller Ford

I recently went to Heller Motors with my Brother-in-law to look at and hopefully purchase a new or used car. I really prefer to purchase a very low mile car and Heller had one for me I liked on line. So, I made appointment and we were on our way to see a 2014 Ford with only 7,800 miles on it. As we drove up, I see a very clean modern deaIership on the outside and the inside, I find a very clean good looking sales floor. We were great at the door by a receptionist. She knew of our appointment and the manager to the front. We were greeted by Glenn Radebaugh Manager. and then introduced to Salesman Jeff Butcher. Jeff had the Car I wanted to see all ready. But first Glenn and Jeff wanted to know a few things about what type of vehicle I would like to own. They really wanted to make a proper choice as this is a large investment for me. I test drove the car about a 9 mile test drive. Jeff rode along gave good directions and was not pushy. I really liked the drive and so I asked my brother-in-law to drive it too. He found the car to drive perfect and no problems. Now, I had a trade and figure here come problems.. No Problems at all. I knew what my trade was worth before I arrived at Heller Ford.. My deal went so smooth, I want everyone to know about Heller Ford. Finally, to write this review I waited a few weeks after the sale.. I AM EXTREMELLY HAPPY WITH MY HELLER FORD PURCHASE.. Jeff Butcher and Glenn Radebaugh are the best people I ever worked with to buy a car. Additionally I forgot my I-Pass. and called just over 2 weeks later. Glenn found my I-pass still in my old car trade and put it in the mail for me.. OUTSTANDING SERVICE.. I traveled over 70 Miles to HELLER FORD to purchase my car. MY Brother-in-law Recommended Heller Ford, because he dealt with them in the past many years ago. Thank You Heller Ford Emily.
