Heller Motors

I just left from purchasing a Jeep from Heller Motors. Justin was great to work with. Excellent customer service and found the exact car I wanted.

I'm always suspicious of over-the-top 5-star reveiws. I always suspect they are fake, yet here I am writing one. My experience at Heller was so exceptional that, in fact I just left a Google+ review as well. I drove over 70miles from Champaign to do business with Heller. I reached out to them about a Jeep I saw online, Jeremy (their sales representative) contacted me and gave me all the details about the Jeep. Over the phone, I told him my financial needs and he convinced me to make the drive. Sure enough, after getting there and taking a test drive, I worked with the Heller team on financing. The terms were what I wanted and their was no "funny business" with the numbers. I drove home in my new car and slept well that night (and every night since). Fantastic experience with the Heller team, and really that's all I can ask for out of a dealership. Will definitely be back there for my next purchase.

He is very good at customer service and responds quickly to you're questions via email regarding a car you might be interested in. Justin was very personable, and I would highly recommend anyone looking to purchase a car to visit Justin and his team at Heller Motors. Very helpful, and professional crew.

Heller Motors helped me find a vehicle that met my requirements both physically and financially with efficiency, honestly, and respect to my current financial limitations in life. John Brown took the time to help me find a vehicle on the lot that met my requirements and was more realistic for my financial limitations (college student with debt and limited credit). He was respectful, honest, and up front at each step of the car-buying process.

I really enjoyed my recent used truck buying experience at Heller in Pontiac. I found what I was looking for, got all my questions answered over the phone, and made the drive over to check it out. Would absolutely make the drive from the Western Suburbs again. Bob Corrie and Adam Heller made it easy. I was in & out after doing on the good faith negotiating via phone/email. I would absolutely come back, and I will ignore the distance in the future - that's how good of an experience I had here.

My family of 5 recently purchased a Pacifica mini van from Hellers in Pontiac. We had amazing service and a great price. We have also used them in what past for oil changes and repairs. We have always received friendly and quick service.

My salesman Jeff Butcher was awesome! He was extremely friendly and nice! Went out of his way to get the van the same day I was coming down to look at it. He had it within a few hours notice of my husband and I coming!! He definitely went the extra mile to make sure we were happy & taken care of! As well as was very understanding of our tight budget and did everything he could to allow us to be able to afford it! I'm very satisfied with Jeff and everyone else I talked to at Heller Motors! We will definitely be returning in the future!!
