Great service
When I got there I was told that I would have to wait up to 2 hr because I had an issue with a/c not working, but my car was done in way less time than that. I was kind of shock that it was done so fast! Ray at the service desk was very helpful and pleasant. I would recommend Century Kia to someone. Thanks for your service.

Top notch dealership
I was in N. Tampa for a convention and my Kia Sorento started making a load noise. I always get my car serviced by Kia and Century was the closest. I did not have a ride if I dropped it off back to my hotel, which was up 275 from their location. I arrived before they opened at 8am on Sat. the 5th of April. Raidel told me they were booked solid, I was now in a bad situation. He tried to reach another Kia dealership and had no luck. I was starting to do what I had to and that was contacting any place I could get it fixed. Raidel came over and said he would get it in right away, and he did. He did not have to do that. My day just improved. It was the wheel bearing as I thought. Now the waiting starts. David Cumming, the mechanic that was the unfortunate person to have the task of my wheel bearing came out and explained that it would be a cpl mores hours, I had been there 2 already. This is a 2hr job in a VERy perfect world. Mine was not perfect as my job took it's tole on his tools. Him keeping me informed and explaining everything allowed me to have an idea as to when I would make that convention. So now I am having my Kia Sorento, which I love, serviced when I did not think it would happen and I knew it was in good hands. I now have free time and ran into Andrei, a product specialist for Century Kia. He knew I was from out of town and he spent about an hour and a half showing me the new Kia Sorento. He knew I was not here to but a new car, yet he spent his time. My car was completed and washed. I just want to say that this was the best experience I have received from a Kia dealership. They are all good. This was above and beyond customer satisfaction. Thank you all at Century. I will visit before I buy my new Kia Sorento.
