Customer service and communication are key which here it is not. I purchased a vehicle on 5/16/2025 only to leave with no paperwork which was promised at the time of delivery. No paperwork with vehicle delivery. After multiple requests via text, email and phones calls only to still have nothing sent as of today which is 6/4/2025. One is to think what has been altered and why is there no communication of why. I will continue to post bad reviews due to the negligence of sales, management as well as finance. Beware of being rushed out just to make the next deal. If you do business here DO NOT LEAVE WITHOUT READING AND MAKING SURE YOU HAVE EVERYTHING BEFORE YOU WALK OUT OF THE DEALERSHIP. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED.

I had a service on 03/23/25 which even through I did show up a little late they did my service immediately and my car was ready after 2hrs.

I was a damsel in distress and Kris came to my rescue. I could not open my gas cap. He told me to bring my car in he they would fix it. In about 40 minutes I was out the door on my way to the gas station. You see I was just about out of gas. He was my hero for the day.

Worst buying experience I’ve had. I was passed around from the sales manager Brent to a product specialist then hours later was sent to finance, Dave. The process started at about 9am and finally just before the show room closed I was released. By that point I would sign anything to get out of there. Dave hammered me into signing paperwork that inflated the sellling price and deflated my trade price. The result was I paid much more for my new Kia Sportage than I should have. They cheated me. Buyer beware.

They can be in and out they’re very thorough. Communication is a plus they return on my car. Nice and clean n for me is the best place to get my vehicle service

They ruined my credit lied about a business I don't own. Had me sign paperwork that didn't work out. I'm a cancer pt and went there 2 months ago. Now I get a call from them late afternoon Thursday telling me they can't help me and want the car back on Friday They then cancelled my registration and want me to drive an illegal car. I'm I'll and they want me to walk home. Never ever did I have this kind of a problem.

I have never been disappointed by anyone in Century Kia. My salesman was David and was kind, helpful and very out front. Also for service the reps they are all great Ray and Julian are the best. I highly recommend this dealership.
