Excellent experience, information about the Q3 and Q5 presented clearly. Buying the Q5 was not stressful and I did not feel pushed or pressured. Would recommend Chantilly Audi to my friends

Working with Mark, Steve, and Reggie was one of the best dealership experiences I’ve ever had. Their attention to detail and genuine focus on making sure my family and I were comfortable throughout the entire process was truly outstanding. From start to finish, they were professional, transparent, and easy to work with. They took the time to answer questions, walk through options, and make sure everything was handled smoothly without any pressure. Because of the way they treated us and the effort they put into making the purchase enjoyable, I would gladly work with them again in the future. I recently purchased a Certified Pre-Owned Audi Q3 from Audi Chantilly. I came in knowing exactly which vehicle I wanted to test drive, and Nasser provided quick and attentive customer service from the start. Even while managing multiple responsibilities, he took the time to answer all of my questions thoroughly, and we were able to close the deal. There was an issue with the finance department that required me to return to the dealership after delivery. After having a conversation with Wisam about what happened, I was compensated for the inconvenience and ultimately left a satisfied customer.

Experience during our recent purchase was great. No problems to report. Everything was handled with strong customer focus. Sales staff was very knowledgeable about the vehicle. Finance office was also transparent and customer focused. Recent experiences with service department (on a different Audi) were also great.

Our door handle cover fell off our 2024 Audi Q5. The factory warranty was still in effect, so we called to make a service appointment. We asked if this is under warranty. The person we spoke to told us the service tech would have to make that determination. On the day of our appointment, we were told it was a $230 diagnostic fee just to see if this was covered under warranty. This was never mentioned when we made the appointment, not to mention someone could simply look at the car and tell if it was covered. Luckily, I knew I could order a used part off Amazon or Ebay and snap it on myself for 25 bucks, but if it was covered by warranty and I could get it done quickly and professionally with an OEM part, I wanted to try that route. However, silly me--I forgot dealerships are going to try to rip you off any way they can, and if they can't do that, they will waste your time. This place is just as bad as you would expect.
