I had an absolutely amazing experience working with Miguel at Puente Hills Volkswagen. This was my first time leasing a car, and to be honest I was a little nervous going into the process because I’ve always heard stories about pushy car salespeople. Miguel completely changed that perception for me. From the moment I arrived, he was incredibly friendly, patient, and genuinely seemed to have my best interests in mind. He never once made me feel pressured or rushed. Instead, he made sure I felt comfortable every step of the way, which made a huge difference for someone like me who was new to leasing.
