My sales experience was great. I found a car online and they honored everything they said on their email communication.

Drove over from Spokane and got an amazing deal and drove home with my brand new Raptor..

The process was smooth and I will be sending family and friends here to buy. They honored there prices online and gave me a great trade-in value.

Bait and switch. Call on Wednesday to reserve a unit for test drive on Friday. I live 6 hours away. The unit was priced well, low miles and great condition. 5 minutes before my arrival they called and said the truck sold and want to tell me about the other options they have. Dishonesty is a really bad trait for a used car dealership. Lots of other options, use them!

I send them several pictures and videos same day., they ignored me after three months. I contacted them again with legal council and they answer within 10 minutes and admitted fault of truck being damaged by one of their drivers, . I asked for a new truck they said NO that they had to buy it back and they sent me a buyback contract the next day 24 hours later, now I'm seeking legal council and all of a sudden they want to give me a new truck per general manager. PLEASE BEWARE I

Great experience at this dealership. New years eve and it was busy. But there was no pressure sales, they answered all of our questions, it was easy to get multiple test drives, and they helped us make a decision.
