Loving my new Jeep Liberty

I was so pleased with my Jeep. The salesman really worked hard to get me an approval. He was back and fourth several times due to my credit being destroyed. I had always went but here pay here. People you are throwing money away. At Town N Country they will try everything to get you approved. The payment is not only buying my Jeep but building my credit. They have several lenders that can get you approved. I honestly thought it was a waist of time my credit being less than 400 but was I ever wrong. I'm enjoying my Jeep Thanks Town n Country. These people are amazing.

town and country auto sales review

I was satisfied with the serviced that was received. I was approved and drove away with a vehicle all in the same day. The sales guy Derrick was great and did an awesome job getting me into a great car! If you are in need of a vehicle be sure to go to Town and Country and ask for Derrick!!

awesome job

Well this was my first time ever buying a car of my own off the lot. Elbert was my sales rep and he was fantastic. He sat with us and had a conversation with us like we actually with us while we waited to see what car I had qualified for. He did a great job at being patient with me and my family as we looked at different cars trying to decide which was the perfect choice for me. When we were approved for my first ever car of my own Kia soul I cred and Elbert didn't laugh he was very supportive and helped us get the perfect car thanks town and country auto I love my car. You should give Elbert a raise because he is absolutely one of the best I've ever worked with!!! :-)

Where's My Car?!!?

The gentleman who helped us, Josh, was incredible! However...they had just started moving inventory to their Berea location and we had trouble finding the cars! We finally drove to the Berea store from Ricmond but still no luck. After much searching, he did show me a car he thought was the one I wanted and I REALLY LIKED IT!! It turned out to be the same color, same style car, but not the car I found on line. It was a few thousand dollars more. They wouldn't come down, we couldn't go up more than we already had, and sadly no deal was made. I felt like they could have come down another thousand due to the missing cars and the fact we finally found what we thought was our car only it wasn't, OR the fact we drove 2 hrs. to get there. We ended up buying one that day at another location on our way home.
