Do Not Waste Your Time at STG auto group! They are next thing to a scam! Look at their current ad of 2019 ram for $30495. upon arrival, they marked it up to $41000 due to dealer fees which includes rims, tint windows and door guards. what a bogus ! SCAM and FALSE ADVERTiSING! they should be closed down for that actions! JUST PURE ILLEGAL PRACTICES and they will waste your time! They even claim the mark up because of rims, but left well used tires on them, what a joke.

My husband and I just purchased a car from STG Auto Group in Montclair, and needless to say that we were very pleased with the great customer service we receive from both of their salespeople, Eric and George, and the rest of their staff are very cordial and friendly. The loan process was top notch we got the Monthly payment that fit our budget which made this experiencing even that much better, and even though the car we purchase from them was a 2008 Lexus 350 ES I must say that it not only drive smooth, but from the exterior to the interior it was very clean, smelled clean, it also looked like a brand new car. It had only two previous owners and based on the car fax they kept it well service. My husband and I will refer to our family and friends or anyone looking to buy a high quality pre-owned car to check STG Auto Group first.

I live in Las Vegas. After being lowballed by multiple dealerships in Vegas, I decided to try my luck with selling my car privately. Omar from STG reached out and offered me the private party value for my vehicle, as a trade-in to STG. He said STG could pick the car up for a small fee or I could drive it down to their location in Montclair, CA. I was very hesitant on working with STG, as there are so many horror stories about crooked used car dealers. I felt I would be in a vulnerable position if I were to drive the car there and they were to lowball me. I decided the risk was worth it to me for the extra money, and I drove it down. Immediately, Danny greeted me and started the inspection process. I had been upfront and honest with them about small imperfections the vehicle had, so there were no surprises. After inspecting the car, Danny confirmed that they would purchase the vehicle from me for the previously agreed-upon price. This is a standup dealership with great customer service. I feel I was treated very fairly and I would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking to get top dollar when trading their vehicle. They even gave me a ride to the airport after the deal was completed. Thank you for making the process so easy!

I went to look at a car that was on their website and had made an appointment but when I got there “it had been sold.” Old trick. I agreed though to look at the same model and year but in a different color. It was being “serviced”. After an hour waiting it had not shown up, I left the lot then.
