You can tell this dealership has set the right culture across its team. They treat customers right and make the whole process a pleasant experience. Leon deserves 6 stars. He was such a pleasure to work with on my first purchase, that I came back for another two cars. On my way to Criswell I drive past two other Jeep dealerships just so I can continue dealing with Leon. Great guy, listens, doesn’t push, serves his customers, and has served our country. Leon will be my first call next time I’m in the market for a new vehicle.

I reached out online on a Saturday regarding a specific Jeep Compass I was looking for and they set me up Sunday afternoon for a test drive. I was greeted by Jalen as soon as I got there and he already had the vehicle pulled up front and ready to go. He was very friendly and explained some of the features to me as we were driving and explained even more once we got back to the dealership and were parked. We went inside where I met Felipe, the Sales Manager. He was equally as welcoming and friendly. This was a great first impression and I felt very at ease. I had a question on some of the numbers and Felipe explained them very well to me, and when I said about being able to get more for my trade at another dealer, Felipe was able to add some money on to my trade in value. I ended up getting the Compass on Sunday because of Jalen and Felipe's great customer service, and transparency on pricing. I didn't feel like I had to bargain or negotiate because they came in right around out the door price I had in mind. Not once did I feel pressured at all to make this purchase. Unfortunately, they realized there was an open recall on the Compass so I couldn't take it home that day due to it being Sunday and the service department was closed. Jalen brought my car to me at work on Tuesday (driving almost 2 hours to get to where I was) so that I didn't have to go back to the dealership. This is the kind of service that dealerships should strive for!

I brought my Ram in for an Oil change, Recall work and to fix a parking sensor found not working. I dropped off for my 7AM appt. My service advisor Emilio was very friendly during drop off. I had a friend pick me up for work and drop me off after. I received no updates during the day. I arrived back at Service center at 2pm and was advised it was just now getting recalls worked on and was told "it will take a while". I went to waiting area and sat. Waited over an hour and went back out to ask for an update, " I told you it would take a while". So back out to wait. He walked past the waiting area some time after and saw me looking and mentioned its still not ready, and kept walking. Some time before 5pm I went out again and asked for update, Emilio said he would check and let me know. So back out again to wait. @ 5:45 I hadn't heard back with an update and went back out to ask again, Emilio is not around. Another gentleman (Army Vet), asked if I needed help and I told him I was looking for my advisor, He said my advisor left, without telling me or anybody else. He and a young lady (Vanessa?) were the only 2 working and knew nothing of my truck or that I was waiting. He went and found my truck and she looked up my paperwork. Those 2 did an outstanding job and were great. I wish I knew their names. (I will know find out and praise them later). So, after 11 hours in the shop, I did get an Oil change and Rotation and had 1 recall and 2 software updates completed. The sensor was not fixed as the part needs ordered. Emilio's attitude and lack of customer service needs attention. I will go back for service again because I trust the Criswell Company, however, I will not work with Emilio again.

Leon Travis was very helpful salesperson. Very patient, knowledgeable, provided options, good customer service skills, and made the experience less stressful. though I did not purchase the jeep the experience was great. When I am ready I will be back to purchase my Jeep through Mr. Travis. Thanks WB
