Friendly sales people even though they were short staffed they still made sure to answer all our questions. Got a great deal on a vehicle. They made sure all the registration and other paperwork was done quickly which is always a good thing. Definitely recommend shopping there.

defective car sale
Unfortunately I don't recommend any purchase at this location. My wife just bought a vehicle there. A car q in 2 days of use the car has a bad transmission. According to the seller not even auction car. Imagine if it was!!! He was scheduled to do an overhaul where the car came back worse and surprisingly wrong diagnosis.!!! To sell you, they treat you very well. But the lousy support!!! I'm posting this with print to put in bazaars across Massachusetts! So that no one enters this hole!!! Infelizmente não recomendo nenhuma compra neste local. Minha mulher acabou de comprar um veículo lá. Um carro q em 2 dias de uso o carro está com a transmissão ruim. Segundo o vendedor não nem carro de leilão. Imagina se fosse!!! Foi agendado para fazer uma revisão onde o carro voltou pior e pra surpresa diagnóstico totalmente errado.!!! Para te vender te tratam muito bem. Mas, o suporte péssimo!!! Estou postando isso com print para por nos bazares de toda Massachusetts! Para q ninguém entre nesta furada!!!

Hello David, we value each customer's opinion, please know it is never our goal to deceive our customers in any way. Just to be clear, you are the one who does not want to bring the vehicle to us. We tried to get in touch with you several times to find out what was the issue with your wife's vehicle, but you never even answered us. The vehicle is covered under three different warranties, Our dealer warranty, Manufactures warranty, and an Extended warranty. We have absolutely no reason to not want to solve whatever issue the vehicle might have. One of the heads of our company called your wife, which under contract is the owner of the vehicle and she also did not understand why you are not answering or not willing to bring your vehicle here, for a service you won't even be charged for. It would be one thing if we were refusing any type of service to you, but the fact is, you won't even answer our calls or bring the vehicle to our service department to have it looked at. Found my perfect car
Fafama has some of the most beautiful used cars. Felipe was my salesman and he was amazing. I highly recommend fafama and ask for salesman Felipe for the best service and for a salesman who has your in best interest first and foremost. You will know who Felipe is because he is the one who is sitting behind this desk with a great big smile. I don know why his name isn't in the drop down selection because it should be. Great dealership!
We found Fafama on Cars.com. It was very easy to schedule an appointment and were able to test drive several vehicles. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, and our sales associate, Alex, was knowledgeable about the vehicles we were interested in. We ultimately bought a Subaru Forester. The sale and pickup process was easy. I am very happy with our experience and highly recommend Fafama Auto Sales.

$199 to book an App or Test drive
UPDATE see the screenshot of the dealership threatening me to remove my review lol........ ****$199 deposit down to schedule a showing/test drive **** (They are saying it's the town law lol) May 2020 during Covid19 I went to this dealer on a Sunday to look at 2 cars in my price range. Walked in there were two sales reps sitting probably playing on their phones. No problem because nobody was in the showroom or on the lot. I walked in and I was greeted immediately. I told them why I was there. I saw two cars listed on their website with no pics and I wanted to see them. He explained those cars were in the back, but they were just taken in on trade and hadn’t been cleaned, checked out. Then he asked if I had an appointment? I said no. I didn’t know I needed one. I said well since nobody else is here now can you show me the car. He politely declined and said all showings must go through the appointment process. He did say I could walk the lot to look at the car. He gave me his card and said I would have to email to schedule an appointment. I found the car in question and checked it as much as I could. I went back to the showroom and asked if he could schedule an appointment for me since I was there now. He said company policy was to do it via email. So I left and purchased another car (for my daughter) from a dealer that was more concerned about selling cars and less restrictive about showings. (I get the covid19 rules ) The next day I call back asking about the car in question because my nephew wants to buy a car and I tell him I found a car and we can go look at it. I call to schedule an appointment they tell me I need to put a $199 deposit down to schedule a showing. They say its Milford policy (It's not) because people have been scheduling and been no calls no shows and the deposit is completely refundable. Needless to say, I declined. Not even sure that is legal and definitely reaching out to the AG’s of consumer affairs so they can look into it further. Long story short they missed out on 2 potential sales of the same car. I don’t blame the employees, however, whoever put this policy in place is...... let’s just say losing out on business.

We apologize if our policy upsets you. We want to make sure everyone is save during Covid19 by creating a commitment policy and not waste anybody’s time, also to hold the vehicle and secure our work.
