I’m Robert Coble and I just wanted to say that Impex Auto Sales located in Greensboro, NC is the best in the world. I just want to give a big shoutout to Geoffrey Taylor for going above and beyond to get me in the car I wanted. Geoffrey Taylor worked hard in making sure I left Impex Auto in the vehicle of my choice. Any questions I had Geoffrey had the answers and would always go into detail. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Impex is nice they have plenty of options to choose from

Impex is nice they have plenty of options to choose from and they worked with me to get me in a vehicle that I liked. Yes...I do wish my payments were a bit lower, but for the most part at least I do love the vehicle! So it's worth it based even with my up front request.

First night I’ve had the vehicle.

First night I’ve had the vehicle. I started hearing a squealing when I’m backing up. I call this morning. They don’t get back to me until five hours later to tell me I can’t get an appointment until 18 days later to have this looked at.

Impex Auto did not disclose rear bumper damage, wheel

Impex Auto did not disclose rear bumper damage, wheel damage, and hail damage - now they won't even answer my call, let alone fix my bumper or replace the wheel. Their customer service is non-existent! I'm very disappointed that they lied to me and told me that "it's a 200 mile car and it's in perfect condition." Then, the salesman, Sam, did a video (after I specifically asked for pictures of any scratches, dents, or dings) - and in the video he represented the car as perfect with no "imperfections"...! The car also has holes drilled in the door jambs that weren't rust protected or capped/covered. This has been the worst case of auto fraud (failure to disclose the true condition of the vehicle), that I've experienced in over 40 years of buying cars!
