Had significant shaki g at high speeds. Brough car in for 450$ diagnosing fee, they found 3 tires unbalanced and said i was good to go. Next day still felt shaking, now at higher speeds. I brough the car right back and eddie said he will personally supervize the issue. After a day, they found i had a non visible tire belt shift and due to not getting diagnosis on first try, there were no charges. Staff was informative and efficient, got a car wash and rough detail complimentary. I have been to this dealership for multipoint inspections along with oil changes and they have always been direct and forward.

I always enjoy bringing my car to this dealership because of their warm caring spirit. The environment is clean and comfortable. The workers are always professional and thorough in their explanations. Whenever I call I can always schedule an appointment to my liking!!!! Keep up the EXCELLENT WORK!!!!

Been going to Berman for years and always an excellent experience. Pricing is good, staff is knowledgeable, and the facility is welcoming and clean.
