My experience purchasing a 2026 Mazda3 was extraordinary. The dealership contacted me that a perfect match for my preference was on its way from Japan. My salesperson, Luis V., was excellent. We went for a test drive of a similar model and he patiently explained the delivery process and answered my questions. He and sales manager Michael S. came up with a fair deal (what more can you ask for?). The car arrived at the dealership on time but there was a delay (of a few days) with the paperwork. Luis kept me well-informed of the status and the dealership's efforts to expedite the documents. Delivery was easy - not rushed and everything well-explained. The car was exactly as described with no surprises. I met with Roy C. from Finance who described available offers and was very pleasant. Everyone I came in contact with was polite, friendly, and professional. The days I was at the dealership were busy but I never felt pressured. I felt like the dealership appreciated my business!
