Stateline Auto Brokers

After making a deal with Lou, we arranged for a time to pick up a car to bring it to have it checked out by a mechanic. We called to make sure it would be ready and Lou informed us that he can no longer sell it to us for that price. He claimed that the posted price was a typo. The car had just been marked down by $500. If what they claim is true, then they must have made 2 typos. They then jacked the car up by $2,000 which is not even in the reasonable range for that car, then said they'd split the difference with us. The worst thing about this experience is that the car was to be the 1st for our 17 year old son. They got him all excited and then pulled the rug out. There are more details, but I don't want to waste any more time other than to warn people not to do business with them!

I am so happy I found Stateline Auto Brokers, Inc. Lou and Tom were fantastic with me. I just brought home my new car today yay! They went above and beyond with helping me with my budget and I loved that they were very down to earth you don't see that in Dealerships to enough. Made me fell very comfortable buying from Stateline Auto Brokers, Inc. I love that they have an warranty were other Dealerships don't offer that. I found a Grand Cherokee online that brought me to this dealership. The car had everything I was looking for at a good price. They gave me a fair price on my trade in. They made the buying process very easy, even handling the registration and RI inspection. The rear wiper didn't work and they ordered the part and installed it quickly. Everyone there was a pleasure to do business with. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a good deal on a used car.

I bought a car from this dealership 11 years ago, and I'm so glad I went back. I would highly recommend them if your looking for a used car. I got a great deal, and they took care of the registration, taxes, and made it an easy purchase. They treated me great even after the purchase. I love the car, and when it's time for me to get another one, I will go back to them without hesitation. Fair, helpful, and everyone is so nice.

I purchase a car 11 years ago fro this dealership. When I was looking for a new used car, I saw one at the same place that I was very interested in, and after my last car lasting 11 years I figured this was meant to be.. When I was finally able to take it for a test drive, Tom the salesman was very helpful, and I got a great deal. I've had no problem with the few issues they needed to resolve, and they continue to be fair, and treated me right!

Went on a Saturday. It was a bit busy but they still attended to us and gave me attention. Test drive a few cars, there is one that I was will to put down more than half. Went inside to fill out my application and to see if I?d get approved, system was down. Ok. No problem! Was told she wouldn?t get an answer until Monday and she?d call me. Well, today is Friday and I?m waiting for a call back. To me you were not interested and selling that car... I?ll go elsewhere. Thank you

I went with my sister-in-law to help her locate a new used car. The dealer told her that the car she wanted already had a deposit and she would need to wait a few days to hear if the car would be available. The dealer displayed very ethical and professional behavior by allowing the other buyer to extend their ability to pay for the car instead of taking my sister-in-law's offer. When they determined that the other party could not pay they were in immediate contact with my sister-in-law. They provided her with incredible service. Her car was cleaned and well cared for in preparation for her to take ownership. They are quite a reputable company and I will refer people to them. They were great!!
