Subject: Feedback on Recent Service Experience Dear Eurobahn Management, I recently brought both of my vehicles to your service department and was pleased with the professionalism and courtesy exhibited by the team. However, I was disappointed with the conduct of Mr. Tawab Wessal, who I found to be impertinent during our interaction. Such behavior negatively impacted my overall experience. I believe in the importance of respectful interactions, as one never knows who they might be speaking to. This encounter has led me to reconsider using your services in the future. I hope you will address this matter to ensure that all customers receive the respectful service they deserve.

Service was great Dustin was very informative. My car was done in a timely fashion. They took me home and picked me up to get my BMW.

Great service, fixed in a timely manner. Much less expensive than the Porsche dealerships, with better quality work. The service writer and the greeter/receptionist are always very friendly.
